PARALLEL SESSION 2.3 Nanotechnology for society
The needs of citizens and society is the focus of this session, also addressing the interdisciplinary approach required when advanced materials and nanotechnologies should contribute to serving this need. The session will raise the awareness on how research and innovation activities in nanotechnology and advanced materials turn into concrete value and impact for people. The valuable impacts of nanotechnology and benefits especially on health and environment, and also in solving major societal challenges, will be addressed.
