Director, Dr., Leif H. Christensen (LHC) is head of DTI’s high-tech Centre for Nano- and Microtechnology. The centre comprises laboratories for structural, physical, chemical analysis, laser micromachining technology, surface coating technology, and clean room technology. The centre is heavily involved in the development of nano-micro pilot factories. A focus has been on the development of miniaturized methanol fuel cells, super critical synthesis production of functional nana materials, and Printed Electronics. LHC has initiated more than 50 national and international projects involving close collaboration with more than 200 Danish companies, five Danish universities, and around 20 universities and RTO’s in Europe.
