Esther Hurtos is part of the Public Programmes team at Eurecat, the main Research and Technology centre in Catalonia and the second largest private research organization in Southern Europe. www.eurecat.org
She has a scientific background with expertise in industry and in public funded collaborative research and innovation: She holds a Physics degree and a PhD in Materials Science. She has over 7 years of professional experience in 3 industrial companies from different sectors in R&D and production positions. She has worked for more than 11 years in Eurecat covering different positions and as NMBP Programme manager. She has been coordinator of 3 NMBP projects on biomaterials for health in H2020 Optogenerapy, FP7 BIP-UPy and FP6 Custom-IMD.
