Title of the presentation : Handling the IPR, contractual and regulatory dimensions for safer innovation in nanotechnology
Speaking points : Safer innovation in nanotechnology not only entails compliance with regulatory requirements but also the integration, at the earliest stage possible, of the intellectual property rights (IPR) and contractual aspects. The interface between IPR and regulatory remains unknown to most technology providers despite its importance in the context of research and providers-users cooperation. Handling the IPR, contractual and regulatory dimensions is a key success factor to achieve safer innovation in nanotechnology.
